Leader of thought, initiator and founder of Save Planet Liners

Robert Yen (* 1969) spent his childhood and youth at the Belgian North Sea coast and the Austrian shores of the Lake of Constance. The sea and the lake are places of desire to him. His working life is determined by mobility which became the main focus in his professional activities. Experiencing mobility in the form of countless changes of location is part of his life since the 1990s: he has studied, lived, and worked in Vienna, Stuttgart, Bern, Basel, Graz, Mannheim, South Africa, Argentina, and all over Europe. His vision is a climate-neutral mobility on the oceans.

Facts:
Studied theology and made post graduate education in organisational and personnel development, worked as in-house consultant at Daimler, founded the consulting firm Mensalia. Since 2002 expert and technical project manager in the implementation of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Since 2011 board member and partner of Rapp Trans (DE) AG. 2022 Foundation of GreenLiners GmbH & Co. KG and start of the Save Planet Liners project.
